This book deals with the hybrid approach in atrial fibrillation and interventional valve approaches.The hybrid approach in atrial fibrillation treatment requires a cooperation between cardiologists and surgeons as previously required in the treatment of the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome and in the early days of the implantable cardioverter defibrillator implants.
